The menu by Eric Guelpa

Chef Eric Guelpa has designed a menu showcasing traditional Savoy cuisine.

"From the little Reblochon cheese bites accompanying the aperitif, to the excellent walnut tart, each original dish is inspired by traditional regional cuisine. Top-quality ingredients are prepared simply, yet scrupulously. You will delight in our cheese board featuring local cheeses, accompanied by a glass of Mondeuse wine from Trosset or Quénard Chignin wine."
